An intense, refined, emotional wine that expresses the soul of Valpolicella.

Description

Corteforte has enriched its line of classic wines with a new product, with intoxicating and sophisticated notes.
Its name, “Concentus” (from the Latin for “harmony”), is inspired by the harmonious blending of the traditional grape blends with others
belonging to the ampelographic tradition of Valpolicella.

The grapes, picked after a careful selection of the best bunches in the vineyard, are left to dry for a period of about 40 days, to obtain the best concentration of fruit and tannins.

Fermentation, carried out in small-capacity steel tanks, is conducted with frequent pumping over until the sugars are exhausted, in order to obtain a better extraction of the aromas and flavours of the fruit.
