Our first Valpolicella Classico Ripasso DOP “Podere Bertarole” BIO is available. It arises from the increasing demand of consumers for organic certified agricultural products and maintains the very high quality that has always distinguished Corteforte production.

We adopt the “Reduce, Retrench, Respect (RRR)” certification protocol, wanted by the Consortium for the Protection of Valpolicella to protect the environment, which provides for the adoption of innovative techniques in the vineyard but also social sustainability and landscape protection. The goal is to rationalize agronomic techniques, in particular as regards fertilization, the use of water and the defense against diseases in order to respect the environment as much as possible. The protocol aims to reduce chemical interventions to treat only when it is really needed.
